Now, on to 3 tips to get out of your subconscious into your conscious mind which is where you want to be to fully implement the Law of Attraction.

You are probably familiar with how the subconscious mind sometimes sets out to sabotage the conscious mind. Your subconscious mind is a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories that, in essence, can block you from getting what you want in life.

In the early development of the human mind, the subconscious mind was responsible for safety. The fight or flight response,  where an individual was faced with imminent danger, required her to make a decision on whether to stay or to flee.

However, today, through research, study, and teachings such as the Law of Attraction, we know that the subconscious mind may overact every now and again. The subconscious mind is made of perceptions of events and occurrences from the past. It is the only thing we have to rely on to make current and future choices.

However, living in the conscious mind is where you are truly awake. The subconscious is made up of events and stories from the past while the conscious mind is completely present in the moment. When following the practices associated with the Law of Attraction, we know that focus and intention are important states of mind.

Here are a 3 good tips on how to flip the switch from following your subconscious mind to, rather, be in the present in your conscious mind so that your ability to manifest that which you desire is clear and focused.

1. Live in the Moment.

How many times have you found yourself thinking about something that occurred yesterday while switching over to worrying about something that may or may not happen next week? When you live in the moment, whether you are driving your friend somewhere or washing a dish, you are truly present to the conscious mind.

If you are driving with your friend, for example, be present to him or her. Notice the way her hair falls or how he has a little bit of a crooked smile when he grins. Be present to the person right in front of you,  in the moment.

2.  Meditate Daily.

If you really want to reprogram your conscious mind, take up the art of meditation. Meditating will help you differentiate between the subconscious and the conscious mind and you will experience the different levels of brain waves,  such as alpha and beta, as well.

With meditation, you have more control of your conscious mind.  Pay attention to your mind, while you meditate and you begin to notice how the mind works.

3. Choose Your Thoughts.

No matter what, you always have a choice as to how you feel and you also have a choice as to how long to feel that particular way. The Law of Attraction works best with a positive mind set. Learn to steer you thoughts to the positive.

You can choose to look at an ending as a new beginning and a closed door as an open window. Making a conscious effort to choose your own thoughts is a great way to program your conscious mind in readiness to implement the Law of Attraction in your every day life.


If you find that you simply cannot turn off the subconscious mind as easily or as often as you would like, then there is help. First you have to know that you actually have more than ONE switch in your brain.

In fact, you have 5 switches. They are: Alpha, Beta, Theta, Gamma, and Delta. These switches are responsible for everything you do and feel in life. And you can create a very HUGE impact by triggering them in the right sequence.
